1. What Mokorotlo is

Mokorotlo is a once-a-day vision-board platform. Every post, comment and reaction automatically disappears 24 hours after it is created. Each Account is limited to one post per 24 hours.

2. Your content

You retain ownership of everything you post. By posting, you grant Mokorotlo a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, store and moderate that content for the 24-hour period it is live. When content expires, that license ends.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to follow our Acceptable Use Policy. In short: no nudity, no violence, no hate or harassment, no impersonation or misrepresentation, no insults, no spam, and no illegal content. Mokorotlo uses automated AI moderation together with human review of reports.

4. Consequences of misuse

We take enforcement seriously. Depending on severity, misuse may result in immediate content removal, a temporary 7-day posting block, or a permanent account ban. Severe violations (sexual content, graphic violence, hate speech, credible threats) can result in a permanent ban on first offence.

5. Disclaimer of liability

Mokorotlo is provided “as is.” Content on the platform is user-generated. Mokorotlo is not liable for any information posted, comment made, or reliance placed on user content. We do, however, work to ensure the right content for our viewers through moderation, community reporting and human review.

6. Intellectual property

The Mokorotlo name, logo, branding, and platform code are the exclusive property of V-Dual-Eyes Fiucha Pty) Ltd. All rights reserved. You may not copy, adapt, or redistribute them without written permission.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms. Material changes will be surfaced in-app.
